Description
Our Pistachio Baklavá is similar to our walnut baklava, made by layering lightly buttered phyllo pastry sheets, alternating with layers of ground pistachios and topped with a honey syrup that is infused with cinnamon and juice from our homegrown Meyer lemons. Baklavá keeps for many months and may be frozen to be enjoyed at a later time. Serve it alone or with a side of vanilla ice cream.
