Shipping Information
- We ship our products using USPS Priority Mail (delivery within 1-3 business days) or FedEx
- Consider signing up for “USPS Informed Delivery,” a free service from USPS that shows you preview images of incoming mail, as well as status updates about your incoming packages (https://faq.usps.com/s/article/Informed-Delivery-The-Basics)
- Due to a recent dramatic increase in USPS Priority Mail pricing for large packages, we reserve the right to choose FedEx Ground Home Delivery on large orders. Please contact us for more information
- When you place an order through our website you will receive emails when your order is placed, when your order is shipped and when your order is delivered so you will know when to check your mailbox, porch, parcel locker or wherever your packages are delivered
- We appreciate your patience as the carrier works hard to get your order delivered; while the issues with carriers are out of our control, we remain committed to our customers and your satisfaction
- Tracking updates and deliveries may be delayed, and we at Glyka Sweets don’t have any information beyond what is shown in your tracking
- Shipping and handling costs are based on the weight of the package and the shipping destination
- It is your responsibility to verify your shipping address before submitting your order. We do NOT replace items that are returned to us or arrive late due to your mistake in the shipping address
Return Policy
All sales are final unless problems or issues with the order are confirmed and verified by Glyká Sweets, at its sole discretion. In these cases, Glyká Sweets will issue a full or partial refund for items purchased through the Site. Notification of any problems or issues with placing an order must be received within 24 hours of placing the order.

- Return requests are not accepted after 5 days from the date you receive your order
