Lagána Bread is made once a year for Clean Monday, the first day of Great Lent.
Our twist on Lagána bread, with roasted garlic inside and brushed with a rosemary-infused olive oil. Lagana bread is baked fresh and soft, and can be toasted or second baked for a crunchier experience. Similar to focaccia bread, enjoy with olives, taramosalata, halva, fruit preserves.
For best results, please refrigerate or freeze your breads when they arrive.
