Lagána Bread is made once a year for Clean Monday, the first day of Great Lent.
Our twist on Lagána bread, with Kalamata olives inside. Lagana bread is baked fresh and soft, and can be toasted or second baked for a crunchier experience. Similar to focaccia bread, enjoy with olives, taramosalata, halva, fruit preserves.
