Description
Díples. (pronounced THEE-ples) are a classic Greek dessert enjoyed at weddings, baptisms, during the holidays and year-round. The name Díples is derived from the Greek word for “fold.” Díples are thin strips of pastry dough fried in hot oil and rolled into their distinctive shape. Then they are dipped in a honey syrup and sprinkled with ground walnuts and cinnamon.
