Almond Balls are a wheat-free twist on the traditional Amygdalotá cookies. Subtly crisp on the outside while deliciously chewy on the inside, they are topped with a whole almond and make a wonderful wheat-free treat to offer at weddings, baptisms and nameday celebrations, or to enjoy with coffee, tea or milk.
For best results, Almond Balls should be transferred to an air-tight container when they arrive and kept in the refrigerator. Let them warm to room temperature before serving.
