Easter Tsouréki is a traditional sweet yeast bread flavored with mahlepi and mastica and sprinkled with sliced almonds. Easter Tsouréki is braided and baked with a red hardboiled egg (colored using non-toxic onion skins). Available during the month before Easter!

New Year’s Vasilópita (which means “bread of Saint Basil”) is a round bread that has the new year’s numbers on its surface made of dough and contains a hidden coin. The bread is cut on New Year’s Eve at midnight or on New Year’s Day and the recipient of the piece which contains the hidden coin will have good luck and blessings for the New Year. Glyká-Sweets Vasilópita is flavored with traditional mahlepi and mastic and sprinkled with sliced almonds. Available after Thanksgiving!
